Can I have one or more 'Boxes' on a free trial for my site?
We can offer a 1 month free* trial on any machine, followed by a longer term contract. If the trial is not successful then sites are only asked to pay for the removal of each Box.

What happens if after the trial period, the Box is not delivering the expected sales volumes?
Either we can remove the Box, or your site will be required to pay a minimal monthly rental payment or management charge to cover the cost of the machine and any stocking/maintenance services provided.

What products can I offer through your Boxes?
We offer a range of Boxes suitable for vending different types of products. The Out of the Box range can sell Hot Paninis, healthy drinks and snacks, convenience items, grocery goods, fair trade hot drinks and a comprehensive range of chocolate, crisps and soft drinks.

How can I finance one or more Boxes?
Each location can choose to purchase a Box outright, take it on a rental basis, set up a lease or ask for a box free on loan. Every site has a different financial situation, and Out of the Box will find the right package for you.

Who will fill and clean the machines?
It is completely up to you. Either have staff on site fill the machine, or have our operators take care of it for you. If Out of the Box is filling machines, then machines can be filled daily, twice a week, or weekly. Of paramount importance for us is that Out of the Box machines are full, clean and working at all times.

What parts of the UK does Out of the Box cover?
Everywhere. London, Cumbria, Preston, Loughborough, Manchester, Birmingham, York, Bristol, Exeter, Kent, and many more wonderful places where our customers are based.

Where can I find an Out of the Box machine?
We currently have Boxes placed in over 200 schools, colleges, universities, leisure centres, offices and factories around the UK.

How much money will each machine make?
Total turnover is very dependent on the machine type, pricing and mix of products. However generally we expect our Boxes to sell in excess of £200 per week at RSP.

What payment systems do you offer?
Coin mechanisms are standard, and note readers can be fitted if required. We also have dealings with a number of cashless card providers, so it is possible to provide a cashless payment mechanism if such a system is already standard on site.

What products will you offer in schools?
The Green Box provides a comprehensive range of pure fruit juices, smoothies, milk, semi-skimmed milk drinks, various types of water and a range of nuts/dried fruit that comply with the government legislation.

Is vending really the greatest business in the world?
